Wladimir Klitschko eyes 50th career knockout

Updated: March 02, 2012, 12:04

DUESSELDORF, Germany (AP) Wladimir Klitschko is a big favorite to retain his world heavyweight titles against challenger Jean-Marc Mormeck on Saturday night.
Klitschko is 6 1/2 inches taller, has an 7-inch reach advantage and is four years younger than the 39-year-old Frenchman.
Yet Klitschko, who holds the WBA, IBF and WBO titles, says the Guadeloupe-born Mormeck is "very experienced" and that "his size makes it even more difficult for me to hit him."
The Ukrainian has a 56-3 record, with 49 knockouts. Mormeck is 36-4, with 22 KOs.
